In this workshop you will develop and design your own unique fusion floral brooch limited only by your imagination. 

Layers of coloured upcycled plastic and mesh vegetable bags will be fused together using a domestic iron. The multicoloured ‘fabric’ will then be fashioned into multiple shapes, glued or stitched and embellished with found and recycled objects. Brooch clasps will be supplied and attached to the back of the brooch. 

This workshop is designed for all experience levels. 

Susanne, a member of ATASDA, is a practising Visual Artist working in a number of mediums including, printmaking, mixed media and textiles. She has had soloe xhibitions at Logan Art Gallery and at Gympie Regional Gallery, and has participated in several Group exhibitions with ATASDA Queensland, Migaloo Press Artists Collective and Southside Upcycling Stitchers (SUS) Susanne has conducted workshops in conjunction with exhibitions at Logan and Gympie Galleries.
